Provisions
By accessing terveysnayto.fi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations in Finland, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Terveysnäyttö provides expert dietary guidance intended for informational and educational purposes. While our nutritionists are professionals, our digital content does not constitute medical diagnosis or clinical prescription.

Usage Rights & Scope
Limited License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the information materials for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. You may not modify, mirror, or use the contents for any commercial purpose without explicit written consent from Terveysnäyttö.
Professional Integrity
Users must provide accurate information when booking consultations. Misrepresentation of health data or identity may lead to immediate termination of service and cancellation of scheduled sessions without refund where costs have already been incurred.
Platform Stability
You agree not use any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the service. Any attempt to interfere with the proper working of the booking system will result in a permanent ban.
Booking & Cancellation
Appointment Confirmation
Consultations are confirmed only upon receipt of the booking confirmation email. It is the user's responsibility to ensure contact details are correct.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in a partial or full charge for the missed session.
Refund Policy
Digital service fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has taken place. Pre-paid packages have an expiration of 12 months from purchase.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Terveysnäyttö or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Terveysnäyttö's website, even if Terveysnäyttö or a Terveysnäyttö authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
